PAT Testing

Portable appliance testing (PAT) of appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. PAT testing involves taking an inventory of equipment and conducting visual and electrical tests. 

Electrical Safety Inspection 

A safety Inspection report is a check to identify any visible signs of defects, damage or deterioration to the electrics of a property. You may have just moved and want safety reassurance or there could be visual evidence such as a recent water leak, arson or subsidence.

EICR & Landlord Certificates (Domestic)

Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) is carried out to ensure the electrical system within a property conforms to current safety standards as well as regulation methods. EICR's may be required for landlords, property sales or insurance purposes.

Upon submission of the created quotation a request of booking will be sent across to us. The information provided for the quotation will be reviewed and then progressed to booking stage. During booking stage, a time of mutual convenience will be arranged to complete quoted works. You reserve the right to refuse the quotation booking if dates provided do not meet your requirements.  Quotations will be based on items/information provided only. Any additional information must be given prior to booking date either directly or via the booking notes. Additional information relevant to the original online quotation price may increase the original quotation amount. Changes in the quotation price will be reflected as necessary with confirmation of this sent across for approval before confirmation of booking. Any changes to the booking information provided on day of booking will result in either cancellation of booking or increase of fees necessary to task. (This will be discussed if the quote booking information does not represent the correct items to be completed on the day of booking).


Down To Earth Electrical Ltd reserves the right to refuse a quotation request that contains false/incorrect information or involves additional items not provided with the quotation.
